Purolator and UPS usually attempt delivery of your items twice.
Purolator or UPS will determine if they will attempt a 2nd delivery based on many variables, so it is not guaranteed.
If a second attempt is not made, they will hold onto your items for 5-days at the nearest pickup location. Please check the Purolator or UPS websites for the address of the pickup location.
It’s crucial to track your orders and stay informed about their delivery status.
If you have questions, you must contact Purolator or UPS directly.
Failure to pick up your package within 5 days from the pickup location results in reshipment back to the warehouse.
Upon receiving the returned package, we will restock the items and apply a 25% restocking fee.
Purolator and UPS charge us for shipping if they ship the package back to the warehouse.
It is your responsibility to monitor your packages and address any issues with Purolator or UPS promptly.
