Delivery address and locations

Shipping address

Once your order is ready, it will be delivered to a single address nominated by the manager of the order.

Laichi clothing uses UPS as our main shipping partner, and for your protection, a signature is required on delivery.

Shipping locations

We currently only accept and deliver orders within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Currently, we do not ship internationally, but please contact us to see if we can help.

Setting the delivery address

Order managers will be asked to set the delivery address during order set up (Group orders) or during check out (Buy Now orders). If you are part of a group order your delivery address will be set by your order manager and delivered to the specified location.

If you have already submitted your order, please contact us to discuss options.

For group orders, order managers can change the delivery address as long as you have not submitted your order.

1. Navigate to your order via the ORDERS menu.
2. Select EDIT in the delivery address section and make the required changes.
3. Select SAVE ADDRESS.
