Returns and refunds
The following information applies to orders that have been finalized and submitted by the order manager. If you are part of a group order and it has not been closed/submitted by the order manager, you can cancel your order or contact us to request a refund.
Return and Refund Policy
This return and refund policy applies to Laichi Clothing products purchased online at www.laichiclothing.com.
We do not accept the return of products for change-of-mind or inaccurate order details provided
As your product has been designed and manufactured specifically for you, we are unable to remake or refund items due to change-of-mind or inaccurate order details provided.
For this reason, we strongly urge you to carefully check all details before placing your order.
What happens if there is a problem with my product?
We want you to love your product so if it’s defective or not what you ordered, simply contact our team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll organize a replacement.
If the issue with the product is a minor one, we may choose to offer you a free repair of the product. The consumer guarantees do not apply where after-sale the product is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.
What happens if my group order is cancelled before it’s been placed?
If you have made any payments to a group order and that order (or part of the order) is cancelled, Reform Clothing will issue refunds for the corresponding payments.
How we provide refunds
If your return satisfies the conditions of this Returns and Refund Policy, we will issue your refund to you using your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please be aware that after the refund is issued, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to arrive in your account, depending on the financial institution your card is linked to.
Delivery address and locations
Once your order is ready, it will be delivered to a single address nominated by the manager of the order.
Reform uses DHL as our main shipping partner, and for your protection, a signature is required on delivery.
Shipping locations
We currently only accept and deliver orders within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Currently, we do not ship internationally, but please contact us to see if we can help.
Setting the delivery address
Order managers will be asked to set the delivery address during order set up (Group orders) or during check out (Buy Now orders). If you are part of a group order your delivery address will be set by your order manager and delivered to the specified location.
Changing the delivery address
If you have already submitted your order, please contact us to discuss options.
For group orders, order managers can change the delivery address as long as you have not submitted your order.
- Navigate to your order via the ORDERS menu.
- Select EDIT in the delivery address section and make the required changes.
- Select SAVE ADDRESS.
Delivery time
Our standard delivery time to a single address nominated by your order manager is 4-5 business days once your group’s order has been sent to production.
Tracking your delivery
Notification prior to delivery
Once production has been completed and the order has been shipped, order managers will receive an email containing the shipment tracking details so you can monitor the progress of the delivery. Occasionally your order may be split over multiple deliveries. The remaining order will be delivered within 2 business days and you will receive separate emails for each delivery. Please contact us if you haven’t received it after 2 business days.
At time of delivery
Order managers will also receive an email once the order has been delivered.
Note: If you are part of a group order, please contact your order manager regarding the expected delivery date and tracking information.
