• Defective Clothing Exchange Process:
    • Exchanges for defective clothing are handled directly by the returns department.
    • You have 3 days from receiving your order to request an exchange for defective items.
    • Late requests (after 3 days) will NOT be approved by the brand.
  • Submission Requirements:
    • Submit all required information in ONE email to ask@laichiclothing.com:
      • Your name, order number, brand name, model number, color, size, and quantity.
      • Include a single attachment with a clear photo showing the defect and the clothing tag (showing the size) in the same picture.
    • Multiple emails will not be accepted by the brands; ensure all information is provided correctly in one email.
  • Approval Process:
    • Upon receiving your email with complete information, we will forward it to the respective brand for approval.
    • All requests are tracked in their database for financial record-keeping and brand accountability.
    • Approvals or rejections typically occur within 1-2 days:
      • If approved, the replacement clothing will be shipped out.
      • If denied, we will inform you of the reason provided by the brand.

This process ensures that your request for a defective item exchange is handled efficiently and according to the brands’ specific protocols.
