• Purolator and UPS usually attempt delivery of your items twice.

  • Purolator or UPS will determine if they will attempt a 2nd delivery based on many variables, so it is not guaranteed.

  • If a second attempt is not made, they will hold onto your items for 5-days at the nearest pickup location. Please check the Purolator or UPS websites for the address of the pickup location.

  • It’s crucial to track your orders and stay informed about their delivery status.

  • If you have questions, you must contact Purolator or UPS directly.

  • Failure to pick up your package within 5 days from the pickup location results in reshipment back to the warehouse.

  • Upon receiving the returned package, we will restock the items and apply a 25% restocking fee.

  • Purolator and UPS charge us for shipping if they ship the package back to the warehouse.

  • It is your responsibility to monitor your packages and address any issues with Purolator or UPS promptly.
