Laichi Clothing employs 3rd party fulfilment warehouses and
shipping all our orders. Using these 3rd party fulfilment warehouses significantly reduces our operational costs, enabling us to pass on the savings back to you. However, it is essential to note that the return and exchange procedures, along with associated fees, are set by the 3rd party fulfilment warehouses.
All relevant fees, procedures, policies, and other information are transparently outlined throughout our website to ensure that you are informed of everything before making any purchases.
If you wish to initiate a return, please adhere to the following steps:
Shipping Responsibility:

You are responsible for shipping and covering the shipping costs for returning items to the warehouse from which they were originally shipped.

We will only allow returned items to be shipped using Purolator, UPS, or Fed Ex.

All returned items must be in 100% undamaged, unworn, unwrinkled, and in perfect condition.

Returns in person are not accepted, as the warehouse is not open to the public.
Restocking Fee:

The fulfilment centre will impose a 25% restocking fee on the returned items.
Time Limit:

Return requests are only accepted within 28 days of the purchase date.
Return Process:

Email us at ask@laichiclothing.com with the following information: Your name, order number, purchase date, and the reason(s) for the return request.

List each item you want to return, including model number, quantity, colour, and size.

Once you have provided us with this information we will then provide you with the RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #)
Packaging RA# and PO#:

Place items in a solid clean box/package

Write down the RA # and PO # on paper and place it inside the box/package on top of the clothes

Write down the RA # and PO # on the outside of the box/package using a thick black marker
Shipping and Tracking:

We will provide you with the Retun Department address where the items need to be shipped to.

Ship the box back to the Retun Department (at your expense) using only Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.

Do NOT use Canada Post.

Provide us with the Purolator, FedEx, or UPS tracking number.
Important Notes:

Loss or damage to the package during transit will result in no refund.

If the Return Department deems that the shirts have been worn, wrinkled, washed, altered, damaged, etc… then the return will be denied.

All denied returned items will NOT be returned back to you.

The return department is closed to the public so you can not request that the denied items be held for pickup.

All denied items will be donated to a local charity.

The Return Department will inspect the box within 5-7 days of receipt.

Refunds typically take 3-4 days after inspection has been approved and the items have been restocked
Consequences of Misconduct:

Any return or exchange deemed to be in bad faith will result in an automatic block from all future purchases without exception. Subsequent business transactions with Laichi Clothing or its subsidiaries will no longer be possible.
